How do I make a Meet Me Conference Call?

1. Decide on the call date and time. Inform your participants of conference date and time, dial-in number and access code (this can be done via e-mail/fax). Have all of your participants call 1-866-611-CONF number at the scheduled time and enter in the access code. They will automatically be announced into conference if you have this feature enabled, if not have them announce themselves when they join the conference.

2. Dial 1-866-611-CONF.
3. When Prompted, Enter your Access Code followed by the # sign.
4. Wait for the prompt, then enter * to begin entering your subscriber password.
5. Enter your subscriber password followed by the #.
6. You have started the conference as the subscriber of the conference.


How do Participants Join a Meet Me Conference Call?

1. Dial 1-866-611-CONF.
2. When Prompted, enter your provided Access code followed by the # sign
3. You have entered the conference; you will be placed on hold if conference has not started.


What are Some Of the Things I can Do While I’m on my Calls?

Once the Conference begins, All Participants can do the following:

• *0--Operator Assistance (Alerts an operator for assistance. An operator will join your call promptly.)

• *6/7--Individual Line Muting (Call participants may use this function to mute/unmute their own line.)

• *9—Participants in conference (Privately plays a list of participants in Conference.)

• **--List of Available Commands

Only the Subscriber can do the following:
• *1—Dial out to a Participant (Upon contacting the Participant you can then join him to the conference by pushing *1. In addition there are other options you can do such as disconnecting the line when busy and dialing another participant.)

• *3—Change Participant entry/exit announcement

• *4/5--Conference Lock/Unlock (Prevents additional people, including Volo operators, from joining the conference. To deactivate this function, press *5 again.)

• *6/7—Individual Line Muting (Allows subscriber to mute his line.)

• *8—Conference Continuation (Allows the conference to continue after the Subscriber disconnects.) *9—Participants in conference (Privately plays a list of participants in Conference.)
