25. What’s the difference between 800 Operator assisted and 800 MeetMe?
Many of our customers are accustomed to using reservation-based services like 800 Operator assisted for most of their conference calling (such as AT&T). There are some great advantages to using the latest "reservation-less" technology (800 MeetMe).

26. Here are some helpful guidelines to help you understand which type of service might be best for you:

Reservation-less:

· 800 MeetMe conferences do not require any reservations after initial setup. Your subscriber/access codes are active 24/7 for your convenience.
· Any 800 Operator-Assisted conferences or other Event Services must be scheduled in advance each time you need to conference in order for your codes to be activated. Access codes will only be active for the day(s) and time(s) that you specify in your reservation.

Call Services:

· 800 MeetMe offers a variety of touch-tone commands such as dial-out, individual line muting, and additional features. An operator can be called for assistance by pressing *0.
· 800 Operator Assisted conferences offer no touch-tone commands, but can be customized with unique codes or call titles, entry tones, and recording. For operator assistance, call 866.711.2663 from a line outside of the conference.
· Recording is available on 800 MeetMe conferences only by reserving the recording service separately through our Customer Service team (as you would for an Event Services conference call).

Billing Info:
· 800 MeetMe makes available a complete listing of each caller's phone number and the length of time they were connected to the conference. This detail is available for no charge via email at the close of each billing period
· 800 Operator Assisted conferences allow you to choose one of 3 complimentary reports, sent the day after the conference call, which list the number of callers in each area code or state. Reports which list each caller’s phone number are available for an additional charge.
· 800 MeetMe conferences can be assigned a billing reference which will appear on your invoice, but the same billing reference must apply to ALL conferences which take place utilizing that unique set of codes.
· With 800 Operator Assisted, billing references can be customized so that each conference call can list a different reference, whether or not the code changes.

Price & Billing:
· With 800 MeetMe no reservation fees or minimum charges apply to any conference calls.
· Each 800 Operator Assisted conference is subject to a $6 reservation fee, and a $50 minimum charge (if the cost of your conference usage does not equal at least this much). Cancellation and change fees also apply if less than 2 hours notice is given.
· 800 MeetMe conferences are billed for the exact number of minutes used by each caller. Billing begins when the first caller connects, even if they are waiting on hold for the chairperson to activate the conference.
· 800 Operator Assisted conferences are billed using an average of the number of minutes online for each caller. This means that your early callers and anyone who might join late bill help balance out the average number of minutes online. The average is then multiplied by the total number of callers to obtain the “billable minutes” of your conference call.
