VoloConf is a feature rich product suite for Volo’s reservation-less conferencing service. VoloConf allows users to initiate a conference call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – without the need to rely on an operator. The subscriber simply dials a toll-free number and enters the access code and password to initiate the conference. In addition, Volo provides the subscriber with a Web Moderator interface that offers a visual, point-and-click alternative to using touchtone commands for controlling the conference and changing account options.

In addition to keypad commands and a Web Moderator interface, Volo goes one step further and provides the user with a voice-activated and voice-verification feature set that allows the subscriber to conference participants anytime from anywhere. The subscriber contact list is always available on the network, synchronized with a PDA, or Microsoft Outlook so that mobile users can conference users by simply saying the name of the participant to add to the conference.

As needed, Operator Assisted calls are available for your conferencing needs. Accessing an operator before or during your conference call is as easy as pressing *0 on your keypad as well as selecting the operator request option via the web moderator interface.

In addition, Volo will assist you setting up a conference call if you would like an Operator to verify or call out to the conference participants and then conference you in as the subscriber, saving you time knowing that all participants are present to start the conference.
