When using One to One with voloDesktop,
enabling recording will allow you to save the entire viewing
experience for future display. This is great for creating
technical support training materials, as well as for customers
wishing online support.
For viewing the pre-recorded session,
clients need only user the Internet Explorer Browser with
no additional software installation required.
