Follow-Me
With the Volo Follow-Me Service, it’s like having your
personal secretary all to yourself.
Allows full integration with Microsoft Outlook. So whether
needing information from that contact (phone#, fax#, etc),
meeting planned, having an email read to you or sending
to someone else, as well as calling someone, it’s
always available.
Acts as a professional secretary for messages and screening
of your calls. Depending on the party who's calling (yes
you can define profiles), and the mode you put your assistant
in, she can screen calls before asking you if you would
like to take the call. If you prefer not to take the call,
she will take the message and you can listen in real-time
if you like.
By integrating presence into the Follow-Me service, voloVoice
can determine where and how to find you depending on various
criteria, e.g., based on the calling party number, or by
your assistant, you may have want to be contacted on your
mobile phone or have a message left at your office voice-mail.
You can instruct the system to try and locate you at a variety
of phone numbers or SIP URLs, or IP addresses in any number
of ways. The end result is always the same, you are contacted
when and how you want to be.
Full capabilities to send and receive faxes to either another
fax, phone number, email, or SIP URL of your choice.
