Account Codes

Volo allows enterprises enterprises to securely manage, and control their telecommunications expenses. By providing long-distance access codes, users are required to enter an access code after dialing any long distance number. Track telephone expenses user by giving each employee his or her own account code that makes them accountable for their expenses.

Track expenses by projects by assigning an account code for each project. Each time a long distance call is made related to that project, the user must enter the project account code. At the end of the month, can see exactly how muchlong distance time was used per project and per employee.
