Voice Activated
VoloConf provides the subscriber with a
voice-activated feature that allows the subscriber to conference
participants anytime from anywhere by simply saying the
persons name. Your contact list is always available on the
network, synchronized with your PDA, or Microsoft Outlook,
so that you can dial-out using voice-commands.

Details:
Voice-activated conferencing
- Simply call the toll-free number, press or say your 10-digit
phone number to
access the system when prompted to do so.
- To conference participants, select the "add a person"
option, and then say the
name of the person that you would like to join into the
conference. If you would
like to add a participant by number, select the "add
a number" option, and then
press or say the number of the conference participant you
would like to add
to the conference.
- Once you have completed adding participants to the conference,
you can simply
select to "join the conference". The conference
participants will be called to join
and to begin your conference.
Synchronization
- Use your PDA or Microsoft Outlook to synchronize your contact
list with the
network contact list. Your contact list is always available
to the voice application to make your conferencing even
easier to use.
