Operator Assisted

Volo Communications offers Operator assisted calls for all of our conferencing services.
To contact an operator, simply press the *0 key sequence and an operator will assist you.

The operator can also be contacted via the web moderator interface by selecting the “Request An Operator” button on the interface.

In addition, you can use our Operator to setup your conference call and contact you when all the conference participants have joined the conference, saving you valuable time.

Our operator will create a VoloCallList where the name of each conference participant is recorded along with two other pieces of selected information as they dial into your conference. This list is faxed or emailed to you to use as needed.
