Shawn M. Lewis
President / CEO

Shawn M. Lewis serves as President and Chief Executive
Officer for Caerus, Inc. Mr. Lewis brings with him the vision
and experience that will allow Caerus to provide and implement
the true next generation in service switching platforms.
Mr. Lewis was the designer of the softswitch
architecture in use around the world today. Mr. Lewis was
the co-founder, officer and director of the highly successful
XCOM Technologies, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation merged
by acquisition to Level
3 Communications, Inc.,
in
1998.
In under eight months time, through his
direction, leadership and original vision of the convergence
between data and voice communications, Mr. Lewis was able
to implement the SS7 Media Gateway and softswitch for XCOM
Technologies, Inc. as an industry first. Mr. Lewis was also
responsible for the implementation of switching facilities,
deploying Nortel DMS-500 switches, and various negotiations
with RBOCs for interconnection.
Mr. Lewis is the holder of several patents
related to his telecommunication innovations. Mr. Lewis will
be responsible for the direction and focus of Caerus and its
endeavor to provide to its users the extremely reliable service
that will set Caerus apart in this highly competitive marketplace.
Mr. Lewis has over twenty years of hands
on experience in the data and telecommunications fields and
is the link to the growth and expansion of Caerus and its
technological breakthroughs. |

Robert L. Hernandez
Corporate
Vice-President |
Robert
Hernandez serves as the corporate vice-president for Caerus,
Inc. As corporate vice-president, Mr. Hernandez is responsible
for the implementation of Caerus' corporate technology strategy
focused on providing conferencing services and developing
the leading platform for intelligent voice applications.
Prior to Caerus, Hernandez served as
the President of 303Conferencing, Inc, a conferencing services
provider. Mr. Hernandez was a key player in the Level
3 Communications acquisition of XCOM Technologies, Inc.,
as Director of Engineering he was responsible for the software
development and certification of the worlds first softswitch,
and served as Director of Softswitch Engineering while at Level3.
He is a founder of SandCherry
Networks, Inc,
and served as Vice-President of Networking Technology, providing
strategic technology direction during their first year of operations.
In addition, Hernandez holds several patents in the telecom
technology space including the softswitch and a next-generation
services platform. |

Tom Tagliavia
National Sales Director

Tom Tagliavia serves
as the National Sales Director for Volo Communications, Inc. As
National Sales Director, Mr. Tagliavia is responsible for
sales operations
and planning for Volo Communications, Inc.
Tom Tagliavia is a seasoned, results proven, sales
executive. He was Vice President of Sales at his last two
positions, both start-up companies, at which he was a key
member of the executive teams. Most recently, Mr. Tagliavia
took on the challenge of selling High Speed Wireless Internet
at
E-xpedient. As VP of Sales,
he succeeded in achieving average revenue sales of 400% over
any competitor within E-xpedients lit buildings. Before
joining E-xpedient, Mr. Tagliavia was the Vice
President/General Manager for
Teligent, Inc. There he was
responsible for managing sales, marketing, operations, and
real estate within the State of Florida. Mr. Tagliavia
directed a team of 12 managers and 100 support personnel with
an annual budget of $38M. He was consistently in the top 1 or
2 spot for VP/GMs company wide during his tenure.
Prior to these most recent two roles, Mr. Tagliavia held
various sales management positions with such companies as
Cable and Wireless and
Metropolitan Fiber Systems.

Francisco
Hernandez, Director of Sales, brings to Volo Communications
more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. He
has a proven track record of consistently surpassing revenue
goals, achieving year-over-year sales increases and in his
most recent role as Director of Sales at DAC
Intl. helped increase sales form 1 Million to 30 Million
dollars. Mr. Hernandezs strategies and executive leadership
in this role resulted in significantly increased sales revenues
for the company. He also has extensive knowledge of South
America and has developed long-term plans for the introduction
of various new products into the marketplace in addition to
acquisitions and joint ventures in South America.
Mr. Hernandez has also held senior marketing
positions with Litton Systems, Inc. and Tracor, Inc. He graduated
from the University of Dayton.

Hirsch
Manager Network Operations

Aaron
Hirsch servers as Manager of Network Operations for
Volo Communications, Inc. As Manager of Network Operations
Mr. Hirsch manages the corporate IT infrastructure. Mr. Hirsch
has built, maintained and designed various large enterprise
networks including XCOM Technologies, Inc. An expert in the
design of LANs and WANs, and Client/Server networks.
Prior to joining Volo Communications, Mr. Hirsch worked as
a independent
network consultant. Mr. Hirsch has consulted for various start-up
including XCOM Technologies Inc., Packet Technologies, Inc.,
and River Delta Networks, along with well known Fortune 500
companies like Bay Networks and Nortel. |
